Delivery and Returns

Product Delivery

  • Delivery is carried out by the SDEK courier service to the CIS countries.
  • When placing an order, select "CDEK Courier Service," specify the delivery city, and choose a suitable delivery method from the list (on the purchase page):
    • Courier Delivery
    • Self-Pickup from the Pickup Point
    • Choose a PICKUP POINT from the list (on the purchase page) or specify an address for courier delivery.
  • You can also choose a Pickup Point (PP) for your city on the CDEK website.

  • Delivery to other mills is carried out by the BXB service. 
  • We will ship your order after full payment on our website. The cost of the product is combined with the cost of delivery when placing an order. The cost of delivery depends on the country to which the goods need to be delivered. The product is delivered by courier to the specified address when placing the order.

Return of Goods in Proper Condition

  • Please note that a refund is only available when the product is shipped to Russia and the CIS countries. Packages from other countries cannot be returned.

  • The buyer has the right to return goods in proper condition within 7 (seven) days after receipt.
  • Returns of goods in proper condition are possible if the goods retain their marketable appearance, consumer properties, and the document confirming the fact and conditions of the purchase of the specified goods.
  • Goods are accepted for return only in complete packaging, with all packing, stickers, tags, and in unworn/unused condition.
  • When returning goods in proper condition before acceptance (at the pickup point or during courier delivery), the seller bears the cost of return delivery.
  • When returning goods in proper condition after acceptance, the seller does not compensate for the cost of return delivery and shipping.
  • To return goods in proper condition after acceptance, the buyer sends to the email info@trimpol.com:
    • A statement in free form about the return of goods specifying the reasons for the return (did not fit in shape, dimensions, style, color, size, or configuration).
    • Photographs of the goods showing the overall view (to confirm the preservation of their marketable appearance, consumer properties, completeness, and absence of signs of use).
  • After receiving the statement and photographs, the seller will contact the buyer and agree on the procedure for returning the goods and the refund.

Return of Goods in Improper Condition

  • When returning goods in improper condition, provided that the defect was not due to the customer's fault, we will reimburse the delivery cost. To reimburse the delivery cost, please send a document confirming the delivery amount to info@trimpol.com with the note "Receipt for the return of goods for order No. (order number)."
  • Upon acceptance of the goods at the warehouse and submission of the return request, the funds will be credited to your account within 10 business days. The time frames for refunding funds depend on your bank.
